Day 1: Arrive in Athens , Greece
Arrival and greeting at Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport.
Orientation meeting and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2:Athens - City tour
Half day sightseeing tour Omonia square, the three « temples of knowledge » and neo-classical ensemble of University, Academy and national Library, Syntagma square and the old royal palace, the Hadrian Arch, the temple of Olympian Zeus and the stadium. Visti holy rock of Acropolis Parthenon, Erechtheus, Propylea, Temple of Athena Nike, the new Acropolis Museum
Day 3: Athens
Lectures at the College in Athens. Free rest day.
Day 4: Athens – one day cruise
Full day cruise from Athens to the fabulous Greek islands of Hydra, Poros and Aegina for a relaxing day on the sea.
Day 5: Athens – Corinth Canal– Mycenae – Epidavros - Nafplio
Visit Canal of Corinth, archeological site of Mycenae and Epidaurus and the scenic town of Nafplion.
Day 6: Nafplio – Mystra - Kalamata
Visit of the Byzantine castle city of Mystra, capital of the Byzantine. We will cross the famous mountain Taygetos so full of myth and traditions.
Day 7: Kalamata – Pylos – Olympia
Visit Navarino harbor famous for the Navarino battle, Methoni , Nestor palace and Olympia village
Day 8: Olympia – Patras - Ioannina
Visit of the archaeological site and museum of Olympia, Patra
Day 9: Ioannina – Dodoni - Zagorohoria
